The main construction problems were how to save the distance between the two sides of the building and the creation of a light façade that allowed mobility to adapt to different weather conditions throughout the year. For the first premise I used a rib structure formed by metal trusses a significant edge. For the second problem, I devised a modular facade made of polystyrene that allowed open and close openings in the facade of the building




The slope of the plot between the lower bound, where the railway situation, and the top, where the main road situation, gives the idea of making a building with platforms at different levels that ultimately create a "ladder" linking both points


To find the bases on to substantiate our project, previously, we conducted a study on different scales. Starting with the metropolitan area, following with the lens and finally analyzing the area to intervene. The different strategies, which our Master Plan is based on, arise to solve the problems of the industry in the metropolitan area. Resolve the connection between important points of the territory and recover unused areas

This blade shows the complete intervention of our Master Plan, with Market and Intermodal Station projects integrated into it. Almost we analyze points as the wooded, the dual role of cul de sac , study of sunlight and public spaces

Comunicative blade. It presents the project through sketches, renderings and photomontages with the models with the idea of selling the project. It also shows a constructive section of a project area
